Every Ardently order is packed and dispatched from London, UK. We aim to prepare orders as quickly as possible, usually on the same or next working day.

UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders.

UK orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service. Once dispatched, orders will usually arrive within 2–3 working days, although we recommend allowing approximately 2–4 working days from placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details by email.

International Delivery

Ardently ships internationally to most destinations.

International orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but as a guide:

Europe: approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch
Rest of world: approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch

Please allow additional time for customs processing, which is outside of our control.

International delivery is charged at a flat rate, with free international delivery on orders over £[XX]. Your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in Ardently's delivery charge.

You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
